The loss of someone is very difficult and I am here to help you feel normal again. This information is just an outline of things you may feel. It's normal to grieve and in your way, just be healthy in coping with the loss.

6 R'S IN GRIEF
1. Recognize the loss
2. React to the separation
3. Recollect re-experience the deceased (loss)
4. Relinquish old attachments
5. Readjust to the new world
6. Reinvest energy in new activities and relationships

5 Stages of GRIEF
1.Denial=refusal to believe the loss is real.
2. Anger=frustration & rage directed inward or outward, feelings of "why me?".
3. Bargaining=making deals with most likely a higher power to reverse or postpone the loss.
4. Depression=deep sadness, hopelessness and emptiness as reality sets in.
5. Acceptance=comng to terms with reality of the loss. finding a way to live with it, rather than fight it.
